I strive to make therapy as accessible as possible and am mindful of each client’s individual needs. At the same time, I balance this with the realities of running a sustainable practice so I can continue offering care to our community. If cost ever feels like a concern, please reach out — I’m committed to working with you to find a plan that helps make therapy manageable and supportive.

We accept insurance and are in-network with BCBS. We can also provide claims for Out of Network benefits where applicable. Some insurance plans do not cover couples, relationship or family counseling.
